At the request of Neo-China Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares and convertible bonds (stock code: 2528) has been 
suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (27/11/2006) pending issue of 
announcement regarding a proposed top-up placement by the Company.
